HOMecoming Support

You want to stay near your baby, but there are practical tasks, older siblings, or pets that need your attention. These sessions help keep life at home steady so can be present with your baby  without life outside the NICU falling behind.

Household:

• Laundry
• Errands
• Meal delivery
• Sibling care
• Pet companionship
• Light household reset

Nursery Setup:

• Setting up diapering areas
• Organizing baby supplies
• Preparing safe sleep spaces
• Washing baby clothing and linens
• Resetting the home after extended hospital days

Sibling Support:

NICU Nurture sessions may include caring for an older sibling so parents can spend time together at the NICU. Depending on the family's needs that day, the session may focus on sibling care, household support, or a combination of both.

Step 1: 30-Minute Complimentary Consultation
A brief phone consultation where we discuss your family’s needs, current NICU schedule, and how I can best support your household during this time.

There is no obligation to book additional sessions.

Step 2: 2-Hour Prep Session

This initial visit will familiarize me with your home, your inventory, your older children, your pets, your routines, your preferences, and your priorities. Preparing together helps future sessions run smoothly so I can step in and support your home efficiently so you can support your baby.

There is no obligation to schedule additional sessions.

Step 3: Pick Your Date(s)

If the experience feels like a good fit, the next step is selecting your next session date(s). You may reserve 1–4 sessions at a time, with additional visits scheduled as earlier sessions are completed.

Sessions do not need to be consecutive or in the same time slots.

Ongoing support

As your baby grows and transitions home, you may wish to explore additional support designed for each phase of early parenthood.

Services include:

• Postpartum Rest & Restore
• Overnight Rest & Recovery
• Calm & Order Family Assistance
• Airport Arrival & Departure Assistance

Home Prep Session | $70 

Saturdays | 2-Hours between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

This introductory visit is reserved and paid in full at the time of booking.

There is no obligation to continue beyond the Prep Session.

Individual Sessions | 4 Hours | $160 per session 

Weekday Morning or Afternoon

4 hours between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm 

A non-refundable $50 reservation fee is required to secure your session and is applied toward the total cost of the visit.

4 Session Series Package |4 Hours | $140 per session

Weekday Morning or Afternoon

4 hours between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm 

A $50 non-refundable reservation fee per session is required at the time of booking and is applied toward the total cost of each visit.

Sessions do not need to be scheduled consecutively or in the same time slots.

Toddlers & Multiples Welcome
Session rates may be adjusted during the consultation to reflect the level of support your family needs.

Reservations
The Prep Session is reserved and paid in full at the time of booking.

All following sessions may be reserved individually with a $50 non-refundable reservation fee, which is applied toward the total cost of the session.

Up to four sessions may be reserved at a time, based on availability.

Rescheduling
With at least 24 hours’ notice, the reservation fee may be applied toward a one-time reschedule at the next available opening.

Additional rescheduling may require a new reservation fee.

Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used and the reservation fee is forfeited.

In certain circumstances related to NICU care, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered depending on the situation.

Refunds

If I need to cancel a scheduled session, families may choose to reschedule based on availability or receive a full refund.

Any sessions already paid in full that cannot be accommodated will be refunded.

Availability
All sessions are scheduled based on availability.

NICU families may reserve up to four upcoming sessions at a time, with additional sessions scheduled as earlier visits are completed.
