Step 1: 30-Minute Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a brief phone consultation to discuss your household needs and determine if Nest & Prepare Sessions are the right fit.

There is no obligation to follow up with an introductory session.

Step 2: 4-Hour Introductory Session
Families begin with a 4-hour introductory visit to experience my approach and give your toddler time to become comfortable with a new caregiver.

There is no obligation to continue with the 4-session Starter Package.

Step 3: 4-Session Starter Package
If the introductory visit feels like a good fit, the next step is to book a 4-session starter package. These 4-hour visits provide consistent support while allowing your toddler to settle into a familiar routine and become comfortable over time.

Step 4: Exclusive Calendar Access

After completing the starter package, families may continue with additional 4-session packages if desired. Established families will also receive access to my calendar to schedule individual sessions as needed, based on availability.

Ongoing Support

My services are designed to grow alongside your family. You may also wish to explore additional support for different seasons of early parenthood, including overnight newborn care, daytime postpartum support, and practical household assistance.

Introductory Session | $70 Due at Booking
Saturdays | 2-Hours between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

4-Session Package | $140 per session

Weekday Morning or Afternoon

4 hours between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Individual 4-Hour Session | $160 per session

Weekday Morning or Afternoon

4 hours between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Sessions do not need to be scheduled consecutively or in the same time slots.

Toddlers & Multiples Welcome
Session rates may be adjusted during the consultation to reflect the level of support your family needs.

Reservations
Sessions are reserved in advance and secured with a signed agreement and required reservation payment. Reservation payments are non-refundable, as time is held specifically for your family.

Rescheduling
With at least 48 hours notice, eligible sessions may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable and will be considered forfeited. A one-time courtesy reschedule might be offered depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

When I need to cancel a session, the family has the option to reschedule based on availability or receive a full refund. Any unavailable sessions already paid in full will be refunded.

Starter Package Scheduling
Starter package sessions are typically scheduled within an agreed time frame to maintain continuity and progress with household tasks.

Availability
All sessions are scheduled based on availability. Ongoing sessions are available only after completion of the starter package.
