Prepartum Nest & Prepare Sessions
A structured 4-hour in-home support session designed for parents in their third trimester who are caring for toddlers under three. I provide focused, hands-on toddler care so you can rest, move more comfortably, and prepare your home and rhythms for baby's arrival. These sessions are calm, intentional, and designed to protect your body in the final weeks before birth.
Postpartum Rest & Restore Sessions
Rest & Restore offers structured in-home support during the fourth trimester. I provide attentive newborn and toddler care so you can sleep, heal, and adjust with confidence. Each session is designed to support feeding flow, sleep foundations, and household rhythm while giving you protected rest windows and steady guidance in the early weeks after birth.
Overnight Infant Care
Provides attentive newborn care throughout the night so you can experience uninterrupted rest. I manage feeding support, diapering, soothing, and sleep rhythm monitoring within you re-established preferences. These overnight sessions are designed to stabilize early sleep patterns and help your family transition into sustainable nighttime routines.

For the past 17 years, it has been my privilege to care for families throughout Austin — nurturing newborns, guiding toddlers, supporting school-aged children, and partnering closely with parents through every season of growth.
Over the years, I’ve learned that exceptional care is about more than meeting a child’s needs. It’s about understanding the rhythm of a household, honoring each family’s values, and offering steady, thoughtful support during both ordinary days and pivotal transitions.
While my experience spans early childhood, I feel especially drawn to the newborn and early infant months — a tender season that calls for calm presence, informed guidance, and compassionate reassurance.
