Hands-on childcare and household support, designed for pregnancy, postpartum, and early family life.
Short-term, in-home care designed to lighten the mental load with thoughtful support for newborn care, sibling care, and the day-to-day rhythms that keep your home running.

Nest & Prepare sessions are designed for parents in their third trimester who are caring for toddlers under three. I provide focused, hands-on toddler care so you can rest, move more comfortably, and prepare your home and rhythms for baby's arrival. These sessions are calm, intentional, and designed to protect your body in the final weeks before birth.

Rest & Restore sessions provide calm, in-home support during the fourth trimester. I offer attentive newborn care so you can rest, recover, and adjust in the early weeks after birth.
These visits are designed to give the birthing parent meaningful relief whether that means sleeping, showering, eating a warm meal, or simply taking a moment to breathe while your baby is cared for by experienced hands.

Overnight Rest & Recovery is a focused series of 3–5 overnight 9-hour sessions offering immediate nighttime relief for exhausted parents who need a few evenings to rest, recover, and reset their nervous system while their new baby is nearby in calm, experienced hands.

Settle & Support sessions provide steady, in-home support during the afterschool hours as your family adjusts to life with a new baby. I offer a calm, engaging presence for your school-aged child so you can tend to your newborn or move through the late afternoon with more ease.
These visits are designed to soften the transition from school to evening, creating space for you to meet everyone’s needs without feeling pulled in multiple directions.

Calm & Order offers practical household support that helps restore a sense of calm to busy family life. Sessions focus on the home rather than direct childcare, and may include errands, organizing children’s spaces, household resets, and tending to the small but important tasks that keep a home running smoothly.

NICU Nurture sessions provide thoughtful support at home so you can focus on your baby in the NICU. Sessions may include errands, laundry, sibling care, pet companionship, and other everyday tasks that help keep life outside the hospital steady during this time. If helpful, I can also pick up a meal order, deliver clean clothes, or pick up laundry at the hospital so you don’t have to leave your baby’s side.

Expecting & Postpartum Parents
A simple, reliable bridge when your usual childcare isn’t in place. I step into your home, follow your routine, and provide consistent care while you transition between a nanny, daycare, or changing schedules.

Airport Assistance offers a calmer way to navigate airport departures and arrivals with young children, providing an extra set of experienced hands during one of the more demanding parts of family travel.
I meet your family at home and drive you to the airport in your own vehicle so you can unload easily at the terminal. If helpful, I can then park the car and accompany you inside until you reach the screening area while you focus on organizing luggage, documents, and check-in.
Upon your return, I once again use your family vehicle to pick you up directly from the terminal and bring you home.
