Welcome. My name is Daniella, but the kids call me Dani. I am a native Austinite who has been helping families navigate parenting and early childhood since 2008. I got my start as an assistant daycare teacher where I learned that I have an intrinsic compassion for children, a deep well of patience, and an earnest desire to be helpful. I’ve learned so much over the past 18 years as a career nanny, and I’m eager to share that knowledge with the next generation of families.
As a professional nanny, I specialized in short-term contracts with the help of local nanny agencies, which exposed me to a wide variety of homes, personalities, family dynamics, and age groups.
This comprehensive real-world experience has taught me how to plan ahead when possible, and adapt to the unpredictable nature of family life.
To compliment my skill set, I have also completed college level coursework in Child Development, invested in newborn care and sleep training, maintained my CPR/First Aid certification, passed a criminal background check annually, and maintained a clean driving record.
Even though I trust my knowledge, I know that there is always room for growth.
One of the hardest obstacles with childcare is figuring out who you can trust.
My approach allows families and children to build trust at their own pace. There’s no middleman, no hassle with payroll, no long-term contracts, nor a complete collapse of childcare.
Parents have the freedom to supervise, participate, or step away entirely based on what feels right for them and their family.
We build that trust together, and you reach out when you need me. Simple.
My goal is to fill the gaps traditional childcare often leaves unanswered.
In today’s world, many families are raising children on a budget without the built-in “village” that once surrounded parents with practical, everyday help.
My hope is to restore that piece by becoming part of that village when parents find themselves needing support.
Regardless of where you are in your journey or how you came to be parents, you will always have my compassion and my respect. I aim to hold a safe and respectful space for you, your children, your culture, your identity, and your beliefs. I do not measure you against standards created by social media, your neighbors, or well-intentioned family members. The goal is to live your truth in a way that is safe, developmentally appropriate, and authentic.
