Calm Support From Door to Gate

Traveling with babies and young children can feel overwhelming. Airport Assistance provides calm, experienced support so your family can move through departures and arrivals with greater ease. From managing luggage and strollers to helping children stay safe in busy terminals, this service creates a smoother, more organized travel experience from home to gate.

Sessions are offered in 4-hour blocks and begin at the family home. Transportation to the airport is provided using the family vehicle. Proof of car insurance with Permissive Driver Coverage must be provided.

Weekend sessions are available year-round, with limited weekday availability during major holiday travel periods.

Depending on the service selected, sessions may also include:

• Light home reset before departure
• Household reset after travel

Airport Assistance Sessions are scheduled in 4-hour blocks.

Families may choose the type of support that best fits their travel plans:

Departure — Drop Off & Home Reset
Transportation to the airport followed by a brief return home to reset the household. This may include taking out trash, watering plants, bringing in packages, loading or unloading the dishwasher, resetting the playroom, and light kitchen or children's room tidying.

Departure — Park & Terminal Assistance
Transportation to the airport, parking the family vehicle, and accompanying the family into the terminal to assist with luggage, strollers, and children up to the TSA screening area.

Arrival — Airport Pickup
Meet the family upon arrival and assist with the transition home. This may include helping unload luggage and stocking the refrigerator with a pre-ordered curbside grocery pickup.

Monday Morning Reset
A supportive reset after travel. Assistance may include unpacking suitcases, starting laundry, putting away travel items, and restoring the household routine.

Airport Assistance Session
4 Hours | $160

Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session.

If airport delays or travel needs extend beyond the scheduled time, additional hours are billed at $40 per hour.

Sessions are reserved with a signed agreement and full payment at the time of booking.

There is no obligation to commit beyond the introductory session.
