I’m not a doula, babysitter, or a traditional nanny.
I am not a doula, and I don’t provide medical, birth, or clinical expertise related to pregnancy. My role is hands-on, in-home support through childcare and practical, day-to-day relief.
I am not a babysitter. I bring over a decade of professional experience and a developmentally informed approach, allowing me to step in thoughtfully, anticipate needs, and support your home with intention.
I am also not a traditional nanny, as I don’t offer long-term, full-time placement. Instead, I provide structured, 4-hour sessions designed to meet you where you are and offer consistent, flexible support without requiring a permanent hire.
Support can look like caring for your baby while you rest, supporting your toddler while you prepare for a new arrival, washing bottles, pump parts, dishes, and putting away children's laundry, or completing errands and restocks. The focus is always on meaningful relief, not just coverage.
All sessions are offered in 4-hour blocks. This allows enough time to settle in, understand what the day requires, and provide thoughtful, uninterrupted support. While each session has a general focus, I adapt in real time based on what will be most helpful that day.
Not at all. Many families know they need support, but aren’t sure what that looks like yet. You’ll choose a general focus when booking, and from there, I use my experience to guide the session and adjust as needed. Your session in practice may look more like a blend of different focuses because life is unpredictable. I adapt based on how you and your children need me.
A series allows me to learn your home, your children, and your rhythm over four pre-scheduled sessions. This creates more meaningful, consistent support and allows me to step in without needing ongoing direction. It also ensures availability for families who are actively working with me.
Household support is limited to tasks that directly support your children and your day-to-day flow. This may include things like bottles and pump parts, children’s laundry, tidying play areas, resetting feeding or diapering stations, and light kitchen resets. I do not provide deep cleaning or general housekeeping services.
All families begin with a consultation and an introductory session. After that, you’re welcome to book up to three individual sessions every two weeks, based on availability.
If you’re looking for more consistent support, discounted rates, or the ability to schedule further ahead, we can arrange a session series together.
I work with all ages. My morning sessions are popular for newborns, infants, and toddlers. Afternoon sessions often include older siblings, offering support that fits the rhythm of your entire household.
I am based in South Austin and serve nearby areas within a reasonable driving radius. If you’re unsure whether you’re within my service area, feel free to reach out.
The introductory session is designed to meet your family, understand your needs, and begin building a foundation for support. It gives you a chance to experience how I work and ensures that moving forward feels comfortable and aligned.
